Sourdough Turkey Sandwich with Bacon and Spinach:

Ingredients:
- 4 slices sourdough or thick, crusty bread of choice 
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard 
- 2 slices white cheddar cheese 
- 4 slices deli turkey 
- thin tomato slices from 1 medium red tomato 
- ½ cup fresh baby spinach 
- 4 strips cooked bacon 
- 2 tablespoons butter softened 
Instructions:
- Arrange the 4 slices of sourdough on a flat surface. 
- Spread ½ tablespoon of honey mustard on each slice. 
- Halve the cheddar slices and place one piece on each slice of bread. 
- Layer two slices of turkey on two of the bread slices, then top with thin tomato slices and about ¼ cup of spinach each. 
- Place two strips of bacon on each of the remaining slices. 
- Close the sandwiches by placing the bacon-topped slices over the turkey and spinach layers, bacon side down. 
- Spread ½ tablespoon of butter on the outside of each slice of bread. 
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toast the sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
