Hot Chicken Salad
What You Need:
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded 
- 1 cups cooked rice 
- 1 small onion, finely chopped 
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 
- ½ c mayonnaise 
- ½ tsp salt 
- 1 tbsp lemon juice - Directions: - Mix all ingredients & place in a buttered baking dish. (Can spray with Pam) Cook in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Top casserole with crumbled potato chips & bake 5 more minutes.
